01

Schedule In-Person Training

Rodney will coordinate directly with your business to schedule and in-person training for your employee(s).

03

The Certification Exam

Each certification exam includes two parts: a written test and an observation.

  • For forklift certification trainings, there is a classroom and written test with an 80% pass rate, followed by navigating an obstacle course including tight backing, loading and unloading maneuvers.

  • For tractor and Moffett certification trainings, there is a classroom and written test with an 80% pass rate, followed by navigating course. This observed course includes placing a load on a trailer, unloading the trailer, returning the load to a designated space, and reloading the Moffett back on the trailer.

05

PIT Certification

The PIT certification is good for a 3-year period.

02

Conduct Training

Each training process takes approximately 4-5 hours, and costs $200 per student, pass or fail.

04

Get Certified

After the operator successfully passes both the written test and obstacle course, they will be certified to operate a powered industrial truck. Once certified, you will be issues a certificate and a certification card that should be carried at all times when operating machinery. Additionally, the HR department will receive the documentation.
