Onsite Driver Training Meetings
The first Four meetings are on set topics and will be done on a quarterly basis throughout the first year of working with Waterloo.

Pre & Post Trip Inspections
This class teaches how to do a level 2 inspection. This is the most common inspection done by law enforcement and is the driving factor in your company’s SAFER score.

Load Securement
Load securement is unique to different niches, if you are operating flatbeds it can be a huge contributor to your SAFER score. The DOT requirements change from year to year on this and it is important you keep up to date.

Preventable Accidents
There are certain types of accidents that occur repeatedly, if you properly train on how to avoid these types of accidents you can cut your loss ratios significantly.

What to do When there is an Accident/How to Interact with Law Enforcement
